Consultation Call
Every project starts with understanding your goals, audience, and brand story. Through our initial conversation and a brief discovery process, I'll assess your existing setup, hosting, and technical requirements. Once we're aligned, you'll get a Notion workspace that keeps everything organised, from project milestones to shared resources and weekly updates.
Design
With strategy in place, I'll translate that into visual design: wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, brand style guides, whatever the project needs. We'll review everything through Notion, where feedback and revisions are tracked seamlessly. You'll have clear visibility into progress at every stage, ensuring we're aligned before any code is written.
Development
Once designs are approved, I'll build them into a fast, responsive website optimized for performance and longevity. You'll receive weekly status updates via Notion, and I'll handle testing and optimization to ensure everything runs smoothly across devices. All projects are hosted on Umbraco Cloud, which includes enterprise-grade hosting, automatic updates, and reliable infrastructure. When complete, I'll provide full handover documentation, setup guidance, and optional ongoing support.

How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary depending on scope, but most websites take between 4–8 weeks from consultation to launch. Each phase, discovery, design, and development has defined milestones visible in Notion, so you always know where things stand.
Do I need to provide content and images?
Yes, ideally. You can supply copy and images, or I can handle them for you for a small increase in the overall project cost.
Can you handle hosting and domain setup?
Absolutely. All projects are hosted on Umbraco Cloud for £37/month. This covers enterprise hosting, automatic updates and the reliability that comes with purpose-built CMS infrastructure. You pay the platform rate with no markup added. I can also handle domain registration or transfer as part of setup.
Will I be able to edit the site myself after launch?
Yes. All websites are built with scalability and ease of management in mind. During handover, I’ll walk you through how to make content updates, add new pages, and keep everything running smoothly.
What happens after launch?
A technical handover is included with full documentation and training. Thanks to Umbraco Cloud's managed hosting and automatic updates, most clients don't need ongoing technical support. However, if you're planning to scale, add new features, or want hands-on help with content management, we can arrange ongoing support at a set monthly rate.
What tools do you use for collaboration?
Everything runs through Notion for project tracking, feedback, and file sharing. It keeps the process transparent and easy to follow, even across time zones.
